3LOVES is an Internet based information and advertising service ("the Service") provided by Find It Online Pty Ltd (ABN 85 005 503 622). It is operated at the website www.findit.com.au ("the 3loves Website") on the terms set out hereunder. If you use the Service or access the 3loves Website or register to place an advertisement or listing you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions which follow:

1. Intellectual Property
3loves is a trademark of Find It Online Pty Ltd and may not be used nor altered without prior written consent.
All content on the 3loves Website, including the text, images, photos, logos, guestbook messages, postings and visitor ratings, ("the Content"), is owned by 3loves or its licensors. Except for fair use under the Copyright Act (Cth), you may not alter, use or reproduce or allow anyone to use or reproduce the Content without the written consent of 3loves or the relevant licensor.
The software that operates the 3loves Website is proprietary software developed by 3loves and you must not copy, reverse engineer or modify it in any way.

2. Posting Content
3loves does not control nor endorse the content of advertisements, guest book entries, forum entries, feedback ratings, comments, winks, chat or any other content posted by or through people using or connected with 3loves. Any opinions expressed are the writer's only. Given the sheer volume of content, we acknowledge that we cannot review, monitor, vet nor have direct supervision or control over all of the Content on the 3loves Website. 3loves reserves the right to delete or edit Content at its discretion and to terminate access to or use of the Service. If you use the Service or access the 3loves Website or register to place content on the site you acknowledge and agree not to:

(a) post materials that contains advertising, unsolicited mass mailing or "spam"; or
(b) publish content containing financial advice or recommendations regarding securities, futures or like investment advice; or
(c) publish or post anything that is false or misleading; or
(d) publish or post anything that is or is capable of being defamatory, indecent, obscene, threatening, or otherwise illegal or inappropriate including vilifying any ethnic or religious group or publishing or posting anything that may promote or advocate such conduct; or
(e) publish or post anything that may be considered harmful to minors; (f) publish political comment without identifying yourself as required under the Electoral Act;
(g) post, publish or link to anything containing a virus or code designed to interrupt the 3loves Website or the computers of any who access the 3loves Website; or
(h) post, publish or link to any businesses or individuals offering the sale of firearms; or
(i) post, publish or link to any businesses or individuals offering the sale of items not permitted by any State or federal law or regulation; By posting or publishing any materials to the 3loves Website, you irrevocably licence 3loves to reproduce, modify, distribute or disseminate the Content in any form and you waive any rights whatsoever that you may have in the Content as modified.

3loves reserves the right to syndicate Content to other websites including third party websites and through other mediums at its sole discretion and by posting or publishing any materials to the 3loves Website your consent is given to syndication.

3. Respect for the Community
3loves is free of charge.
Pease only post photos of yourself and over which you own copyright. We reserve the right to remove any listing which violates these rules. 3loves reserves the right to determine what is reasonable use, and may remove one or more ads and may ban you from the 3loves Website without the need to provide reasons.

4. Disclaimer of Liability
3loves is not liable to you for any loss or damage incurred by you arising from your use of the 3loves Website or Service, whether direct, indirect or any other loss or damage.
As the content of any third party websites that may be directly linked to from the 3loves Website is beyond our control, 3loves Website does not accept responsibility for material accessed through these links. 3loves' liability to you is limited to the re-supply of the Service to you or to the cost of this re-supply at 3loves's option.
3loves is not liable for any loss or damage incurred by you arising from any use of the Content posted on the 3loves Website.

5. No Warranty
3loves provides the Service and the 3loves Website 'as is' and without any express or implied warranties.
3loves makes no warranty or claim as to the accuracy or completeness of the Content on the 3loves Website or any third party website linked from or to the 3loves Website.

The Service is governed by the laws of the State of Victoria in the Commonwealth of Australia.

3loves' Privacy Policy sets out details of how your personal information may be used by 3loves.
It is expressly agreed that you use and enter the 3loves Website at your own risk. Should you disagree please exit immediately.
