How do I search?
When you visit the home page, you can select what you are (ie. Male, Female, Couple, Transsexual/Transgender/Transvestite) and what you're looking for. You can then change the age range to search for, and the region in which potential matches live. Click Search and see a list of everyone matching your search. You can change what you're looking for on the right, and choose more details if you found too many matches (you lucky thing!) Click on anyone who interests you to view their profile and read more about them. You can even send them a Wink or a private Message to show your interest! Then add the person to your Favourites so you can go back to their profile again later.

My suburb is incorrect.
Logon to the site with your username and password and click on My Home and then Account Details. Start typing the right suburb into the box and select your suburb from the list which drops down.

My suburb doesn’t change.
For security reasons the location which displays in your profile is not your exact suburb, we generate the location based on your suburb. If you have changed your suburb (as above) and the region is still wrong on the site please let us know and we will fix it manually.

Cancel my membership.
You can cancel your membership at any time by: click on suspend account from My Home.

Age is incorrect.
There was a problem with the site just after we released which caused some ages to be wrong. To correct a wrong age log on and change it manually.

My photo / audio / video hasn’t come up.
Photos, videos and audio are approved to ensure that adult content is not getting into the public area without adult protection. If you photo is not up right away it is probably waiting for approval – this is handled in no more than 8 hours – usually far less.

I forgot my password.
Please click on the forgot password link under where you log in.

I forgot my username.
Please use the contact us screen and give us your details.

This profile looks fake.
If you have any suspicion about a profile please click the report abuse link in the green band on the profile page. This brings the profile to our attention and if we agree it will be removed. This can take up to eight hours.
